 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee Overview

The objective of this committee is to ensure the SHE+ Foundation exemplifies a model of inclusivity and support across all spectrums of gender and identity, particularly focusing on comprehensive sexual health.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inclusive Program Development: Develop educational and outreach programs tailored to the diverse needs of all community members, including non-binary and LGBTQ+ individuals.

  2. Cultural Competency Training: Implement targeted training for all foundation members to deepen their understanding of diverse sexual health challenges.
